Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and Delivery?
We ship from the US, we use priority shipping which usually takes about 1-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders are usually shipped within the same day or 24 hours from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekends are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Note: If we have an issue verifying your shipping address your order may be delayed 24-48 hours, we will contact you and as soon as we receive the valid shipping address your order will then be shipped.
International shipping takes about 6-10 business days.
Missing Item or Wrong Order?
If you believe that an item from your order is missing or that you were sent the wrong order, please contact our Customer Service team within two days of receiving it and let us know your issue. Email us at Contact@abayatifashion.com. We will work with you to correct your order as quick as possible.
Placed an order with the wrong shipping address, email, phone number?
If you already placed an order, but realized some of the information is incorrect contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and we will help you correct that information before your item is shipped. Also if you already placed an order that hasn’t been shipped and need to change the size of your item, you can contact our Customer Service Team at Contact@abayatifashion.com.
Package was delivered, But never received?
If USPS Tracking Information says they have delivered your package, but you have not yet received them. Please confirm your address that you provided us, check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family members or others, if they have received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact USPS to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. We will do our best to assist you and figure out a solution. You can contact us through our email; email@example.com.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS?
Customer Satisfaction and dress quality is Abayati Fashion's number 1 priority. If you are to ever receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately as we take this very seriously. Email us at Contact@abayatifashion.com. Once you contact us we will provide you with a solution to return the damaged item back to us. You will not be charged any shipping fee and we will replace it for you.
